Photo Submission Guidelines
To upload your photos, please use the widget in the Custom Badge product page.
Photos will be cropped into a circle with approx 5mm bleed around the edge, please ensure no important details are right on the border of the photo. For reference, please see this template.
For some images, I may add a coloured border if needed at my discretion to ensure the best result.
Please upload high quality images. I am not responsible for poor results or pixelisation caused by small file sizes. Minimum size reccomendation is 1000x1000 pixels
Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen, but all images will be printed as submitted with no editing unless requested.
I hold the right to deny and refund orders for inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory content submissions. I will not print any racist, transphobic or sexist designs (including HP related works). Refunds will be subject to a processing fee.

What is Annamanoodle, exactly?
Annamanoodle (then, shortened to Noodle) has been my nickname since I was in primary school. My sister is called Helena, so she was Helena-Macarena (because it was the 00's) then that became Macaroni, and I became the noodle- her taller, gangly counterpart. Her nickname lasted a week. Mine lasted decades!
How long have you been open?
I've been selling clothes in different capacities since 2014. I opened my Etsy store in 2017 and ran that for 2 years, with over 150 sales and a 5-star rating before switching to Poshmark where I continue to sell across 2 accounts, shipping over 1000 items with a 5-star average.
I also sell my badges, collage kits and stickers in person at Moonlight Books and Gifts in Calgary's Chinatown!
When will I get my order?
Items like badges and stickers are custom made, on demand, to reduce waste. This means it can take 2-4 days to process and ship your order. Shipping times vary depending on service and location; please allow ample time if ordering any items for gifts or special occasions.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You can choose the best option for your budget and needs at checkout. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about shipping.
