Refund policy

Due to the custom made or vintage nature of my shops products, we are unable to offer returns.

However, if you believe a handmade item is defective or faulty, I will do my best to repair, mend, or fix the issue for you. Return shipping is the customers responsibility, and refunds will not be given. 

Please double check your measurements, and use this guide if you are unsure how to measure yourself. The main measurements I use are full bust, waist, hips. Exchanges or returns will not be permitted due to fit issues.

Due to the nature of handmade goods, irregularities in fabric printing and colour may vary. I am not responsible for any differences from colours, as display settings can vary from screen to screen. All images are presented as accurately as possible, with any flaws mentioned in descriptions and photographed.

All fabrics and garments are prewashed with a colour catcher, but further bleeding may occur. Please handwash and air dry your items to ensure longevity where possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All vintage items, sale items, and stickers are non refundable.
