Joy Tea Towel Dress

Love colour and all things kitsch? The Joy Tea Towel dress is for you! The perfect addition to your wardrobe, each dress is handmade with vintage, upcycled, and carefully curated fabrics. 

The Joy Mini Dress is made using a pattern from Afrayed Upcycling. I made one for myself and was hooked! This dress allows the tea towel to really be the star of the show, with an a line shape and v neck. Waist ties allow for comfort and adjustablity, with the shape easily becoming tighter or looser.

Plus, it has pockets! 

Sizes XS-5XL. 

Choose from a range of available tea towels below, and I'll email you coordinating fabric options to create your dream dress. Fabrics shown in images is for inspiration. Tea towels and some fabric are sourced second hand and vintage, with a mix of new fabrics as needed/ desired. 

Handmade in Calgary, AB. Please allow 2 weeks for your dress to be sewn and shipped following final fabric approval.

Tea Towel Details

Red Fruit- 100% cotton. Green marking/ stain on the upper left. Let me know if you would like this embroidered over for a fun cover up solution!

Green Floral- 100% cotton. 2 small marks near the top.

Lee Jofa Orange Dogs- 88% Linen, 12% Nylon. Good conditon, shop sample furnishing fabric.

Scotland Map- 100% cotton. 2 small marks near Skye. One small screen printing flaw/ slub

Welsh songs- 100% cotton. Good condition

Portuguese Chicken- 100% cotton. Good condition.

1983 Portuguese Calendar- 100% Cotton. Good condition.
